Who is Clovvy for?

Whether you're a solo service provider or managing multiple locations, if you want more reviews without the hassle, Clovvy is for you.
Do you integrate with my CRM? How do I know?
We integrate with most major CRMs, booking tools, and invoicing platforms β€” including Jobber, QuickBooks Online, Housecall Pro, Workiz, Sweep & Go, Square, Zapier, and thousands more. If you're not sure, search for your software on our integrations page.
Is an onboarding call required?
Nope! Setup takes just a few minutes β€” so you could start getting reviews in hours. But if you prefer a quick walkthrough, or need help with an integration, we're happy to hop on a call.
How long does it take to set up?
Most businesses are fully set up in under 30 minutes. Just connect your Google profile, connect your CRM, and you're good to go! If you use a less popular software or CRM, we can hop on a call to walk through the integration together.
How long does it take to start getting reviews?
On average, Clovvy users receive their first reviews less than 24 hours after launching their review reactivation. It depends on the number of customers you have, but we move fast.
When do you bill?
You're billed 10 days after you start your free trial, then every month after that.
Is there a contract?
No. We like to say Clovvy is easy to work with and easy to get rid of. You can cancel your plan from within the dashboard in just a few clicks.
How do the pricing tiers differ?
All plans are priced per location, so you only pay for what you use. Starter ($39/location/mo) covers email-only review requests β€” great if you're just getting started or don't need SMS. Growth ($59/location/mo) adds SMS review requests, giving you the highest response rates. Pro ($89/location/mo) unlocks API access, webhooks, and integrations for businesses that want to connect Clovvy to their existing tech stack. All three plans include AI review responses, hide-Clovvy-branding, and every core feature. If you'd rather have us handle everything, our Done-For-You managed service is $199/location/month.
Are the prices in USD?

Do you offer franchise or multi-location pricing?
Our per-location pricing is built to scale naturally with multi-location businesses β€” you simply add locations and pay for each one. For franchises or businesses with 10+ locations, we offer custom bundle pricing. Contact our team and we'll tailor a plan that works for you.
Can Clovvy keep bad reviews from Google?
No β€” we can't block or filter reviews. That's against Google's policy. But we can help you proactively ask the right customers at the right time to maximize your chances of great reviews. We created Clovvy because we know that 99.9% of customers are happy, but the 0.01% are the ones that leave a review whether asked or not. We exist to make it easy to get reviews from all your happy customers.

We've seen too many businesses lose their Google Business Profile permanently for violating Google's policies β€” missing out on tens of thousands in revenue. There are other tools out there that try to filter reviews, but it's risky. A couple of negative reviews won't ruin your business, but getting your profile shut down permanently will.
How often does Clovvy ask my customers to leave a review?
We recommend 1 initial review request post-service, then 2 gentle reminders. However, this can be turned up or down in your dashboard. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or after service β€” we do not constantly message all your customers every week or month.
How does this work with recurring services?
If you serve customers every week, getting a review request every visit would get annoying fast. That's why Clovvy has a 30-day cool down period. If we request a review from a customer and they go through the follow-ups without leaving one, we won't message them again for 30 days. After that, if they're still an active customer and haven't left a review, they'll be asked again after their next service.
What if someone has already left a review?
If you receive a new review while working with Clovvy, we'll know which customer left it and will stop messaging them. However, we won't automatically know about reviews left before you joined Clovvy. Contact our support team and we can manually remove those people. That said, Google loves updated reviews right now β€” so getting old customers to update their reviews can actually be incredibly valuable. Once a customer has left a review, we will no longer message them.
Do you have review widgets? What is a review widget?
Yes! A review widget is a small snippet of code you can add to your website to display your latest Google reviews automatically. It builds trust and turns more website visitors into customers.
What is social media review posting?
This tool helps you share awesome posts on Facebook and Instagram without extra work! You can create professional-looking templates using your own photos and logos. When you get a 5-star review, Clovvy can turn it into a post and share it for you automatically. You can pick when you want your posts to go out and decide if you want to approve each one or let them post on their own.
How many reviews should I expect?
Most users see anywhere from 10%–15% of their previous customer base leave a review during the review reactivation. If you have 1,000 previous customers, we can typically generate about 100–150 reviews in the first 4–6 weeks. For new customers after service, we expect 20–30% to leave a review β€” and many of our users see over 50%.
How does the review reactivation work?
We take your past customer list and drip out personalized review requests over time. This makes it look natural to Google and helps you turn old customers into fresh 5-star reviews without lifting a finger. If you have 1,000 previous customers, just upload them to Clovvy and we'll generate 100–150 new real reviews from your customers over the following weeks.
What about reviews on Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms?
On our DIY plans, you have full access to manage and request reviews across all supported platforms β€” including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and more. Clovvy helps guide you through each platform so you're never on your own. If you're on our Done-For-You managed service, our team focuses exclusively on Google reviews, as they have the greatest impact on local search rankings and customer acquisition. Additional platforms for the managed service are coming in the future.
What countries does Clovvy currently support?
Right now, we only support businesses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This is due to SMS compliance regulations β€” we want to ensure every message we send meets strict carrier guidelines in each country. As we build support for additional regions, we'll announce it. Is Clovvy HIPAA compliant (for businesses in the medical field)?
Not at this time. While we do plan to become HIPAA compliant in the future, we're intentionally holding off for now. Once we become HIPAA certified, every future update β€” no matter how small β€” would need to go through HIPAA review processes, which can significantly slow down development.
